A fast-running YouTube.com video "JEROME GAMBIT KILLER LATEST WEAPON" from Chess Minds shows a line of play in which Black checkmates White in the Jerome Gambit (1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bc4 Bc5 4.Bxf7+) in 14 moves.
Although there is no mention, the line is from Bruce Pandolfini's Chess Openings: Traps and Zaps (1989).
You can find more information on a post to this blog from 13 years ago.
Somehow, despite every "refutation", the Jerome Gambit continues to feature in exciting chess games.
