Last year, Bill Wall informed me that there was a book on the Jerome Gambit (1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bc4 Bc5 4.Bxf7+) out there, on the internet, and I spent time searching for and examining it, as related in a series of posts, "Jerome Gambit: Book (Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, & 8 )"
Now, while using a search engine to look for something else, I ran across a couple more books from "Chess Notes" (nothing to do with Edward Winter and his better know Chess Notes), The Kitty Kat Collection 2000 Annoted Games (Volume 1 & 2).
Alas, there were no Jerome Gambits in either of the volumes.
